Yesterday, May 7th, I purchased a new vehicle at Auto North Superstore in Gorham . I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle, anywhere. I am an old guy, probably even older than the legendary Ted Cooper, whom I met on recommendation of my daughter after her experience in purchasing a vehicle from him. I met him last August, felt immediately at ease with him, and decided that when the time came to get a newer vehicle, Ted would help me. The time came and it never entered my mind to deal anywhere with anyone but Ted. Steve Bolduc was patient, listened to me, and eventually put together a package that put me into this gorgeous 2011 Chevrolet Impala sedan. Throughout the process he was professional, courteous, and smiling. Previous experiences with finance managers were nothing like this. But then, they were not Steve. End of story. I will be back to see Randy for vehicle maintenance and service. Where do you get these good guys?? Thanks again to you, and your team there at Gorham.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank AutoNorth for the excellent service that I received from them. They were attentive to the details of my purchase and made every effort to make sure that this process was completed to my satisfaction which included adjusting and repairing what could have been considered minor issues with the vehicle, especially with a used vehicle.

This included coming to pick up the vehicle and returning it, which may not sound like going out of their way, but I live in Milford, NH a good two hours away. I was very impressed by their desire to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the lengths that they went to in order to make sure I was happy.

I have been looking for a car for over a year, now down to the wire, you as no one else would, considered what I could afford. Times are tough for everyone, and some day if I ever go into private practice and can afford a big fancy car with heated leather seats, I'm going to come see you.

My youngest daughter is very excited too as she is getting my old car... this has worked out very well for everyone in my family. I didn't tell you this but I went down to Claremont, NH in November one week before my daughter’s 16th birthday, and was VERY close to purchasing her an older Mustang, no rust, looked great...drove great. I was so excited, this is what I was giving her for her 16th. When it went to the garage to get the inspection, the seal had been busted and was leaking oil underneath. The guy tried to sell it to me anyways, as I have learned this would have been a HUGE expense... and I did not have a car for her 16th, as I did for her older sisters... tonight makes up for that... I have talked with so many shady sales people in the past few months that it was a real pleasure working with you and your team. AND, thank you soooooooooooooooo much for the $20- gas card. That is going to go pretty far with the Yaris…so excited I am leaving less of a global foot print, and very proud of that.

Hello my name is Lisette Huot, I live in Canaan V.T. I have known Donald Noyes for at least 15 years. So I heard that he had open AutoNorth I thought that he would do a good job at it. Because when Donald Noyes puts his mind on something it turns out to gold. In 2010 I decided to change my car. And I knew that Donald Noyes and his wonderful crew could help me. I'm a single mom of 2, and one in college and one in high school. As you know money was very tight.

Donald sends out flyers of AutoNorth every week. On that week I had saw the car that I really liked. I called Donald and talk to him about the car. It is a 2009 Suzuki SX4. He told me he could have someone drive it up to me and I could try it for the weekend. I really liked that idea. But I never knew that they had people that could help me in that way, it was amazing. When the gentleman got to my house, he was very nice. I wanted to try the car before he left. My son and I went for a drive and I loved the car. When we got home the gentleman ask me to call Donald on Monday.

That Monday I went down to Berlin to AutoNorth. When I open the door Donald meat me at the door shook my hand. And one more thing I noticed is when I walk in all his crew said hi to me and asked me how I was doing. I thought" wow", you could really tell they wanted me there. I went to Donald's office and one of hes crew member Peter, ask me if I wanted some coffee or a soda. We started the paper work at about 11; 15 am. Peter came in again and ask me if I wanted lunch they were ordering pizza. In all the years that I bought cars and or trucks I have never been treated to nice. They where able to fix it so my payments were what I wanted.

A few months later I still love my Suzuki. My back wiper was not working so I called Donald who then transferred me to Randy, Also a very nice gentleman. I told him what was going on and told him that I could not drive dont to AutoNorth because I have seizures he said no problem he sent one of his drivers to my house to pick up my car and left me with a loaner. So they picked up my car and brought it back to me fixed. And when ever I needed something fixed on my car Randy would send his driver to pick up my car. No other car dealership would do something like that for me.

My son turned 18 and I wanted to get him a car. My son's name is Eric, and he works at a grocery store. I called Donald again and ask him to keep his eyes open for a good car, and good on gas. Eric will be in college in about 1 1/2 year. I told Donald to called me when he found a good car for Eric. That same day Donald called back and said he had the perfect car for Eric. He had found a 2008 Chevy Colbalt. He had the car in my driveway that same day. The guy that brought the car to us talked with Eric and helped him sign the papers that night. Once again if something had to be done on either my car or Eric's car if I can't get someone to drive me there, Randy will send his drivers over.

AutoNorth is the best car dealer in the North Country. I tell everyone about the service and how good they treat you. They will do anything to help you. They go way over and beyond to serve you. AutoNorth is not just good, they're the best. When I'm ready to change my car you can bet that is where I'm going. I strongly recommend Auto North to everyone.

Recently I purchased a used car from AutoNorth. During the whole transaction the salesman was friendly and never was I under any pressure whatsoever. Everyone down the line from the owners, salespeople, service manager and technicians in the service department helped make it a pleasurable experience. I just wanted to send a quick note to Donald and the service department. You have been truly wonderful to work with! I feel terrible that my Jeep has given us such issues and has had to be brought in to be serviced so many times. Not once have I been made to feel like I was a bother or over reacting. Good afternoon! I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I have been with the customer service I have received. Mark was enthusiastic (without being over the top) and very patient about helping me get the perfect car for my daughter who is a first time driver. We ended up with a Volvo x70 which is very safe and good in the snow. There have been a few mechanical glitches since we brought it home but Mark has made me feel comfortable and welcome any time I have called. Eric has also been great. He has fixed the problems and answered any questions without talking over my head as many mechanics would do.
